Frequently Asked Questions

Do You Paint Your Built-Ins?

No, I do not paint my own built-ins. However, I offer the option of having my subcontractor come in and paint after installation. It can be factored into the total quote or can be added into a separate quote, to be saved for a later date.

What is the Average Range of Travel for a Job?

The simple answer is, we are always willing to travel anywhere for the right job. However, we generally stick to a 60 mile radius from the center-point of Richmond, VA. If beyond that 60 mile radius, we would simply charge for travel and stay if the job required.

What are your Limitations?

Aside from making commercial grade kitchen sets and cabinets, we don’t have many. I am thankful enough to say that I learned from the best and with my experience (that I have translated throughout my business and employees), there is not much we can’t do outside of that. If you have a specialty project that most others are not willing to take on, I would be more than happy to tackle it for you.

Do you Work on Site or in Shop?

This question is heavily dependent on each project. That being said, we try our best to do most of the work here in shop to save the homeowner the headache of hearing the load hum of power tools. If there is availability to work on-site, on lets say a new home, we will do nearly everything on-site and little to none in shop.
